Become a Volunteer Coach!
The success of The First Tee of Central Valley rests in large part on the active involvement of adult and junior member volunteers. Each season we have had over fifty volunteers attend formal training sessions and in turn provide at least 15 hours of service to our program. Our volunteers come from all segments of the community including educators, professionals, city employees and recreational golfers. Parents of our members and active high school members also serve as coaches at clinics and as mentors by accompanying participants on rounds of golf and outings outside our structured clinics. Remember, you do not need to know how to play golf in order to be a volunteer. Click here to view our Volunteer Handbook.
As The First Tee of Central Valley program grows, so will the need for new volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please call us at (209) 544-1780 or email Kayla at firstname.lastname@example.org
As you consider volunteering for our chapter, know that the safety of our kids is our first priority. Please read our Prevention Policies to see how we conduct programs and activities at our chapter.
